What Do You Choose?

Here we are as a global family, facing great change, challenge and unrest.

As the days turn into weeks and now into months, I realize now more than before how important it is to hold space for that which we choose to manifest.

Because what you focus on becomes a reality. Let's choose calm, patience, safety and the highest regard for yourself and others. The world needs your kindness and inner strength now more than ever.

Today, I choose:

Patience ~ Nothing lasts forever.
Compassion ~ Everyone is dealing with their own challenges. 
Resilience ~ Growth through our greatest challenges.
Presence ~ Be here now! The present is all we have.
