Spend time in nature away from the chaos, media and news. You are worth the time it takes to slow down, be still & follow the breath. From this place of stillness, we are able to quiet the outside world and begin to experience what is going on internally.
Have you ever considered repeating a mantra? Words are potent & what we say to ourselves everyday matters. Our thoughts become words, our words become actions and our actions shape our reality. A mantra is a simple phrase you can repeat to yourself to support and improve your well-being. Mantras will lift your spirit, heal your heart and brighten your day as you navigate through life’s ups and downs. Here are a few to get you started. It can be life-changing when we make it a part of our day. Remember, tomorrow is a new day, and what we say and do today shapes our tomorrows! Some of my favorite mantras at this time: I have control over how I feel. I choose to feel at peace. I am growing stronger through each challenge. Life supports me. This is another season, and seasons pass. This is tough, but I’m tougher. I encourage you to give it a go. Upon waking, repeat your mantra 3 times and think about what you are grateful for.
